  • EARLY REGISTRATION $25

    [BEFORE NOVEMBER 1st]

    YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE 1972 or OLDER. We are prescreening vehicles for this show. Email a photo of your vehicle with make, model, and year. We will forward you a registration link upon approval. Early registration ends October 31 at 11:59pm.

    Registration Details

    1.    Early Registration closes October 31 at 11:59pm.

    2.    Your vehicle must be 1972 or older. If your vehicle does not meet the show car requirements posted on the website, you will not be allowed to enter vehicle in the show. Your vehicle must match the info submitted.

    3.    Each registered car gets (1) standard parking space spot.

    4.    Please plan to arrive before noon. Plan on staying until the completion of the show. (3pm)

    5.    No outside beer allowed and no glass please!

    6.    You can bring a tent to sit under, but please respect your neighbors! No grills or open flames!

    7.    Please arrive together if you want to park with your club!

    8.    Pre-registered participants are subject to a refund only if the show is cancelled on the day before the event, Friday November 21. If the show proceeds on it’s scheduled date, November 22 and is called early due to weather, no refunds.

    9.    Gates open at 8:30 AM for show vehicles.

    10.   Please familiarize yourself with our show map. You will be allowed to park any trailers in the far back parking lot near the South Exit once you’ve unloaded.

    11. REGISTRATION DAY OF SHOW IS $40 AT GATE.

  • VENDOR REGISTRATION

    1.    Registration closes November 21 at 11:59pm.

    2.    One vendor registration ($60) includes a 10′ x 10′ space. If you need more space, include what you will need in the email.

    3.    All food vendors MUST check in with the city of Fort Worth and apply for a Food Vendor’s Permit. This is a must! Failure to comply will make you subject to a close down by the city. They will be there to check for permits. You are not subject to a refund if you do not comply with the city of Fort Worth.

    4.    Electricity is NOT available. Bring a generator if you need separate power. Please ask before hand, if you need special arrangements.

    5.    Please let us know what you’re selling.

    6.    Please note that if you are using an OPEN FLAME to cook, you MUST have a fire extinguisher.

    7.    No music blaring from your spot. We will have a live band at the show.

    8.    Gates open at 7:00 am for vendors. Please note, you’ll enter the South Gate. Please make sure your helpers arrive with you during entry.

    9.    Rain or shine, no refunds for inclement weather. Pre-registered vendors are subject to a refund only if the show is cancelled on the day before the event, Friday November 21. If the show proceeds on it’s scheduled date, November 22 and is called early due to weather, no refunds.
